I think they will settle very soon. SB is very small and they probably do not have $$ to fight a long legal battle. I would not be shocked if this part is over before the end of the month and then we get orders in January. I think they will be looking to move up the Nasdaq food chain and we move rapidly to $5 pps by the end of June next year.
