Maybe FH is waiting for April to end because he has decided to divide the year into thirds and report every 4 months... that way he has one less report to do per year... of course he still may report in the next 10 days or so for the first quarter as he has done in the past...
I think King's visit will help him see that SHs are starved for info and if he does not start reporting again, we are all going up there just to visit him... and see what's up... Maybe a few more visits are in order...
