If an article is based on a project event they are very dependable. If article is based on conjecture and forecasts, they are good, but sometimes off.
Since this article Was based on an upcoming probably, it seems like the timing was off. Look for eminent probably soon.

About half their articles are reputable. Many SA articles are written
with ulterior (profit) motives by the author in order to drive the price of a given stock up or down, - e.g. for short bets, etc. Often they are VERY successful at doing this, -especially with small OTC stocks.

As far as credibility and honesty you have to go by the individual SA author. Some are honest (without evil intentions) and some are not. In the past, I sometimes followed the investment advice in their articles, but now that I know the game better, I rarely do. This, -after getting burned several times!

I agree with jeff and gotin. And now very curious of content.

Side note, speculate private funding coming from David's quote "...and I am pleased with the strong interest in this work that we have been receiving."
