From Interactive brokers when I asked them about it:

I have sent this to our Corporate Actions department for review.

According to our CA department, at this time the offer appears to be mandatory, so no action is required on your part.

FTER is merging into AAC at 1.571119 per share.

At this time we do not have an effective date for this, so there is no anticipated date for the merger to be processed.
