I BELIEVE THAT THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO GET AN APPROVAL FOR THE LICENSE THEY RECEIVED FROM THE STATE OF COLORADO.....OPPS.... I MEAN THE LICENSE THEY WILL RECEIVE...

it is my understanding you were say good things about incc previously if you do not like it by all mean do something productive with your time :)
