but FIRST, Mehos needs to get State license granted to Prosperous Valley……..INCC isn't even on the State application, a Colorado resident ( for last 2 yrs ) must be the applicant…………

if state license was easier than county license,,,,,,,,,,,,where the hell is it???????????
