FITX has no basis to appeal, because the Rear Road site lacks the required facilities - city water, sewer, electricity substation - that the by-laws state that all MMJ facilities MUST have in ADDITION to industrial zoning.

So even if FITX appeals the zoning, they still will not have the required city water and sewer hookups and electricity capacity.

Rear Road is dead as an MMJ site.
