I realize all of that and agree with you. But this is where FITX is now on this amazing journey. It has become absolutely real. So the questions is what will they do. Do they appeal and depending on outcome start applying for infrastructure permits. We will now see FITX's true colors. No fluff PR or LLC or merger or spinoff or SPIN!!!!

I think they will announce the "intentions" of a lawsuit. It will be what gives them the most time to keep the amazing journey spinning. Whether they actually proceed with a lawsuit is questionable. FITX has been threatening lawsuits all year.

Again a most real thing that FITX has to somehow respond too unless they just plan to abandon Lakeshore.

It is now getting fun!!! That is JMHO.
