bum42, these form 144 filings tend to show up on-line several days after they are filed. The Crestview filing appeared at nasdaq.com in the last couple of days.

And I agree that NSOL is doing a good job of avoiding dilution. But keep in mind that, according to the 10K, at Dec 31, 2005, they have 15,498,865 potentially dilutive securities.
