there are so many factors to consider, yes yervoy has better 5yr survival, but keytruda like opdiva has less than half the chance of dying as a result of therpay. I wish this was more black and white, but there are so many levels of grey between survival, response rates, SAE's, and cost. One thing is sure, the results are getting better
