Yes, but when it comes down to it, ONCS is combining 2 FDA approved drugs with their device. Merck got approval based on P2 results and ONCS could easily do the same based on the combination of 2 approved drugs plus their electroporation device. ONCS isn't reinventing the wheel, they are just making it work better. Much, much, different than trying to bring a new drug to approval and market. It's really quite brilliant and has the potential to make us all filthy rich.
