EXXI, 4.01 Down 2.32(36.65%) in one day! HES down 10% today. This has to be capitulation?

I wouldn't use capitulation, but certainly major correction.

Jbog's idea that it's simply not a sector to invest in at this time can't be ignored, but I'm with Dew on this: a chance to buy on sale.
