I agree. SEC investigation is a real possibility. Though I doubt investors will push for removing Saleen or Fiene. Most SLNN investors seem to be be fans of Saleen and they don't worry about the financials. I think until dilution kill Saleen's majory stake, he is secure at the helm of his sinking ship.
