I think the brunt of it is over but i'm not sure now is the time to buy. There has been a short-mid term fundamental shift in the oil markets. Heres a Bloomberg summary of what some analysts have said today.

I've asked many times why anyone would be interested in getting into this area at this time? No one has ever answered but in my view I'd certainly let the chips fall where they might.

At least I'd let this quarterly earnings period expire because you know the headlines are going to be ugly in comparison.
