He responded yes that is true. The 10,000 to 1 Reverse Split less than a year ago is also a concern. Why do a 10,000 to 1 Reverse Split less than a year ago and then sell the company to a former member of the management team leaving the O/S (20 Million) and A/S (10 BILLION) absurdly out of whack? I'm looking to invest here due to the very attractive O/S vs PPS but the O/S is irrelevant with a A/S this huge IMO. I am trying to understand what is really going on here before I invest my money. I don't want to be diluted into $0 like the last shareholders who got hit with the huge 10,000 to 1 R/S last December. Please see company info:
