#24653 RE: TEXASOIL #24650

I think you have some facts misconstrued here. The company was not sold to Mr. Suen. He was appointed CEO. The controlling interest is held by Soconison, I believe.

We will just have to wait and see if he is in agreement with the A/S. He did state that he was opposed to the way the company was financed (Convertible Debt), and that he felt there were better ways to do this.

He only took over on the 19th of November. I think it only fair that he be given more than 8 days to get some of these things done.

You would like to buy shares? I've got a feeling, now is the time to do that. It may hang around these levels for a bit of time. If the convertible debt conversions are almost done, I feel the SP will appreciate. Currently, this is so undervalued (Market Cap), I don't know how anyone could not call these shares a bargain. Even if the O/S doubled, as shown on the OTC Profile page, the Market cap for such a tiny share structure, SEC reporting company, with revenue, it way under valued. Even shells, long defunct, go for more than what these shares are going for. Hey, in the OTC, it is all a gamble. This one, to Me, looks better than most.
