Fish

IDCC has been inventing and patenting wireless material for

40 years. They have licensed some of the biggest names in the

business at one time or the other. They presently have a court

decision over ZTE, and arbitration going on with other

companies. Nokia licensed 2G and paid, and do you remotely

think the same company you had to license 2G from and has licensed

3G and 4G to major corporations think that Nokia has worked

around or just flat out don't owe IDCC? Nokia is facing

some serious money to pay or rather Microsoft who assumed

the liability and lucky for IDCC has plenty of money to pay.

What makes you think that all of these companies will continue

to fight and not pay when every day now almost better things

are happening that point to all needing to settle and pay or

maybe confronted with sanctions and injunctions.

If you don't think IDCC will hit $200.00 a share you are in

my opinion going to miss a hell of a lot of money by selling

early. The dam is about to break and deal after deal should

be forthcoming, and IDCC doesn't pay 50% of profits to the IRS.

You have a company with lots of cash and more coming in and

buying stock back reducing the float. Why would they be

spending their money on buy back if they thought things was

not looking great?

My suggestion is not only hold but buy the hell out of the

IDCC stock as it is cheap right now.

I am so confused per your first post you said the Attornies are going to be the only WINNERS.

Now I think you are saying the shareholders and management can be winners only if the stock is bought out.

Let's be realistic these posts are confusing.
