And what happens if there is a overage of shares shown on a NOBO and KMA gets a offer to sell to a third party expecting to get and only agreeing to buyout the officially authorized 750 million shares? You know KMA has talked about mergers many times in the past.

Hummm? Who owns real shares and who was sold air shares? IMO, either way if any NSS shorts are found the holders of those positions would be totally screwed because the buyer only wants the real shares and if sold, a sale date would be final, air shares don't exchange or get bought in a buyout,,,,, Do they??? NOPE!

The most a NOBO would do is indicate that there's significant short interest. It would do that by showing that real shareholders own more stock than the company has issued.
