Any buyer of the company--of which NO official mention has been made at any time since the suspension--would naturally only purchase the actual outstanding, assuming his intention would be to make a tender offer to current shareholders.

Had the NSS position you speak of be proved, it's likely no buyer would be interested in continuing with negotiations. Too complicated, too much risk. It'd be up to Reid to resolve the problem.

And what happens if there is a overage

of shares shown on a NOBO and KMA gets a offer to sell to a third party expecting to get and only agreeing to buyout the officially authorized 750 million shares?

Aah so my prediction has come true. Time to recycle the buyout rumor. And for good measure roll in a NSS conspiracy.

What happens when a NOBO comes back with the O/S count at 750M? Which isn't a good number for Reid, but we'll skip that part. Any innuendo of any evil shorts being detected, will be reported to the SEC - guaranteed. Reid needs to keep better control over the BOZO circus, than he did with the mythical Form 10. That's assuming a list is generated. It should be received no later than 12-Dec. No excuses beyond that point in time.

Every dream of a pinky stock, much less a previously suspended grey going on 2+ yrs ... to be bought out. No doubt, that's why Reid has refrained from filing a Form 10 with audited financials? Scared of revealing to SHs how much those 750M shares are really worth? Or is it really 1.2B? There will be no miracle desperado rescue.
