AT&T case is about the MANS system...

...they want serious money for the networked urban MAN systems built and not fully continued by JPM under the termination clause.

...others, in the escrow camp, believe it is because AT&T illegally wire-taped communications for JPM to monitor WMB. Probably haven't read the case documents and don't even know what the MAN system is.
