Very good points. The company did state it was a 9 month process to get the trial amended, so much of the delayed timeline could have been why to even get to the initiation process.

Thanks Pyrr, for your continued level-headed insight into what is likely happening, with excellent benchmarks from other companies. It helps to put things into perspective. Good luck on your business expansion, and glad to hear you will still be popping in on occasion here. I appreciate all you provide on this board.
I had to look up the meaning of FUD seeing you use it frequently. FUD is Fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Is it I and others that you blame for the FUD? Or should the company take responsibility for this? I mean as a publicly traded company it would be quite easy to clear up, no? What would be the motto you follow CUD, Confidence, in the uncertainty and doubt?
First off your example above is precisely what I, and I'm sure others are looking for. The MAJOR difference is that Argo breaks out very clearly on their 10Q what expenses are incurred for what programs, very specific details on their relationship with Invetech (manufacturing partner), what exactly Invetech is responsible for, and what the exact manufacturing costs Invetech and Argo have agreed upon (15,000 per unit).
Our relationship is broken out as such; Cognate gets half cash and half stock for payment. We don't know what the payments are, or what the payments are for, except ramping up manufacturing???? YIPEE what a fantastic deal, who in their right mind would want more info than that, Cognate is saving us by taking half payment in stock and warrants.....even though we have no idea what that reflects. If you don't like it move on shorty! Ohh boy! LOL
