SEC may block sale of assets of AEGY

because it would leave investors in AEGY with a worthless shell....oops, it is already a worthless shell.

AEGY has to date never had even 1 penny in revenue, which is confirmed by the CEO of AEGY.

And everyone is happy with that? Am I missing something here? You would think with all the wild posts that something fantastic was going to happen, is just hot air? I read about Haltain and was left wondering WTF. How is this good?
