First of all...I invest in NO penny stock, second of all, with the dilution that is now going on here at WLAN and the fact the TA is still gagged, I wouldn't even recommend to flip this POS, nobody knows how many shares are being diluted at this point, so IMHO even if RISE is awarded here, with the way WLAN is currently, not many new buyers will come in, again jmo anyways
