I distinctly remember that there is only $2 million available in factor financing yet there are $4 million in accounts receivable. Schadel couldn't pull off what Saleen managed to do and get decent start-up financing so the only way Schadel can pay all his employees is with toxic notes. Since he can't fool around with payroll taxes anymore for being delinquent on over $1 million then I guess we agree that litigation will probably come first for failure to pay employees. Good talk!
