#275428 RE: buenokite #275425

I don't get it.
I can't tell whether 1)he's deferring payment for a salary under an unfiled employment agreement or if 2)he's deferring a salary pending the signing of an employment agreement, which is what he said back in 2013.

One wouldn't think that he could get away with #1. If he has signed a contract as CEO he would have had to file it. Then again, there's little doubt that the departure of a director requires a filing as well, yet the 10-K made it obvious that Bradley is gone and no filing was made.

In terms of filings, I'm not sure that this "Letter to Plastic2Oil Stockholders from Richard Heddle, Chief Executive Officer" itself doesn't require filing in an 8-K. If so, it probably should have been filed during the trading day as the item published via Accesswire was.

FWIW, and I use the phrase advisedly, we were informed that Mr. Bradley who, as you know, didn't sign the 10-K and wasn't mentioned at all in the section entitled ITEM
10.DIRECTORS, EXECUTIVE OFFICERS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
and whose absence from The paragraphs appearing below this heading.....

We weren't provided the source of that information. I don't believe it and I'm certain that there is no one in upstate NY who could tell me that that I would be comfortable believing. But if it should somehow turn out to be true, his absence from the sections of the 10-K that require his appearance must surely have left him feeling seriously unappreciated. Frankly, I think he's been gone for a number of months. After all, the source that we have that asserts that he is "still the co.s 2nd director" is also expecting the near time developments here to be an uplisting or a buyout....one of which is impossible, the other a shade less likely.
