2 outcomes in play re: P2O's future >> and both will benefit actual P2O investors ..

buyout or uplisting

next sequence should come fairly quickly re: 8Ks' filed

because RH and PB (yep he's still the co.s 2nd director which anyone
with interest can have asked and answered)

will either seat an indy BoD (independent slate of candidates)
which is the clue pertaining to P2O's uplisting .. after first prox sold is 8k'd

$or they won't

which means *intent* is to have P2O *bought out*
2 possibilities there >> are a public co. or a private co. buyout

to be clear my vote is for seating of indy BoD and uplisting ..
but i always note .. the only aspect i control is my DD and whether
i buy/sell or hold my PTOI *markers*

GTC in place awaiting next round out of those various colluding entities
situated between a rock and a hard place ;)

have i mentioned that they get *twitchy* when YOY gets close to sub 50%
