So how does this change Visions prospect as a viable entity. Lets go back to September 24 Th 2014. A company that is broke. They were broke then and they are broke now. This will IMO definitely propel chapter 7 proceedings. The order says they cannot file chapter 11 again it says nothing about liquidation. How does any of the last 2 months help?

Or Martin didnt need the service of such a high powered firm to take care of his situation. Some times we think we need more when we really dont. Ive been there and have been relieved knowing I was using more power than was needed. Money spends fast in the wrong company.
