Is this anonymous source any more credible than the horse's mouth? As according to Marshack's sworn declaration in the emergency motion for withdrawal of counsel:
This motion was filed November 12th, meaning Martin claimed he had obtained counsel on or before then. As Marshack explained above, emergency withdrawal of his counsel would only negatively impact Debtor if no substitute counsel was filed before his firm's termination of services. Well, it just so happens that as of November 18th:
And to think, Debtor had "ample time to substitute other counsel to represent it in this matter" too. Guess it took a bit too long to cross those t's and dot them i's. Either that or dismissal was the intended end game. I couldn't say for certain, I better contact my anonymous source.
