So are you saying one DLA contract = one outside contract. It is not

It may be 50 outside contracts = one DLA contract.

We have already crossed the max customers for fsc 5962 items. Recent new customers are mainly for other fscs .But they are just getting small orders for fsc5962 to be in the race.
