What I am saying is this. Before the DLA announced they were going to mark their own parts, each company needed a liscense, thus 91 contracts would be called for. That is 91 × $35k plus ink. But now the only contract needed is that of the DLA to mark their own parts after they purchase them. One $35k licensing fee plus ink. That equals a significant reduction in revenue. And if it turns out to be a logistical nightmare not even that will hold up.
