Any thoughts on why Tricky Dick would be deferring pay when last we heard he was not taking a salary? On a related note, did I miss where the Honorable Phil Bradley and the rest of the highly independent BOD gave Heddle an employment agreement with a compensation plan? Or did the little fella negotiate that plan with himself again (at "arm's length of course) and just forget to inform shareholders?
LOL, these guys really should charge people for the entertainment value they provide with their sleaziness and incompetence.
