Well I look at it this way...
The Beta experiment with MMx seems to have been adopted in the Music industry regardless of the individual success of MMX...
Like I have said the tail is free advertizing is not...something to ponder...
If you remember 98% of ENTI assets were transferred to PTEL in the deal, they were R/S'd 20000:1 and merged with restrict. Then MMX was sent back without the assets. Blue bull ventures was then spun off of PTEL with 3.5 Billion shares. Encounter Development was then formed with a added 15 Billion shares. Within days of that, Torq was dealt to DUTV. Remember Thomas also keep 4% of the cancelled Divvy's. Insurance?. Development was then sold to Carrie and then acquired by Hudson. Without a doubt Development shell, once ENTI is now NPT.
Now, without a doubt all my shares say Encounter Technologies Inc. They don't say Encounter Development Technologies Inc. Who gets the R/S IMO per Randy Encounter Development Technologies inc or NPT.
Where is "Encounter" ???

Could be we get that F/S split coming after the 1.4 Billion comes off restriction. Should be about 588 Million or a total of about 2 Billion shorts adding the 1.4 Billion. I said 2.1...LA said 2. Not going to argue over 100 million.
Don't worry 1% F/S on the Restricted still on the books also, before the R/S. Different name and cusip on Restricted so not effected in the R/S...
Where is "Encounter" well, I am for sure not selling my restricted!!
1000:1, I think that is the 20 million everyone was talking about a while back for NPT. Maybe we gate lucky and the price goes high enough the clean-up is only 30:1...
