Encounter Development Technologies Inc. (ENTI)

Seems like there's starting to be a lot of hype as if this company is actually a company and that there are things going on in it that could lead to success for stockholders. As for me I have no clue if it is still a company. On my account it shows a few million shares being traded every couple months or so but the action is minimal.
Last I knew anything about this company was when they were into some type of video promotions and they were making it look as if Lady Gaga and Black Eyed Peas were going to be part of their campaign.
They had quite an audience of stockholders and followers, but as far as I can tell all that seemed like it was a scam, or are they still doing anything in the entertainment arena?
Plus, when I go to MSN and put ENTI in the ticker symbol, it won't even give me the right company. So as much as I would like to see this company do some trading and go places I have to wonder if it still exists and if it will do something.
Also, I have heard some ask if it is worth hanging on right now. Do we have any other choice. I don't even see an option to sell it, unless I give it away at the 0 bid.
Let me know if I am totally out of touch for saying these things. I would like to know if there is any substance behind the statements that are beginning to be made that seem to imply that this company has potential.
