The T/A numbers first showed a decrease in the O/S. Granted, the tradebale went up, but the O/S did shrink. Now the company (Dan and the company are not the same for the purpose of this pr) has sold more shares than Dan managed to reduce the O/S with, in the month that follwed the original "buyback" pr.
But nothing was lied in the pr.
Again, it lead everyone to believe the company was retiring, but Dan made the O/S reduction with his own personal funds/shares, it was NOT a company effort.
