Still can't find where Wellington filed for sale of 11 million shares. On the same date that they filed the sale of <700,000 GTAT. I looked at every filing all the way back to September.

The only stock related to the GTAT debacle that was reported as sold (other than the 700,000) was Owens Corning - they sold half of their stake and ceased to be a 5% owner - now 2.6%.
