There are lots of PEMCOs. GOOGLE PEMCO LLC and learn not much. LOL!!

But they have been closely associated with CDEX.. Still are.

One news item is that PEMCO LLC signed a contract with XnE Inc

To operate such properties they have in the oil Bidness. Closer look reveals that XNE is likely a pump and dumper with a very low sub-penny SP. Which does not say much good about PEMCO LLC but perhaps to be expected from a group closely identified with CDEX. Not wishing to paint all with the same brush....but what IS, IS.
