PEMCO is an LLC. Delaware. Not Nevada. Not publically traded.

Membership is not open to public in general but by invitation.

Members put in shares or money in varying proportions... and ownership is divided according to the input of each member, like a partnership.

A perfect vehicle for the purpose of the ANGELS. There is no requirement to publish the ID of the members.

Somebody has to pay the costs.. Lawyers and book-keepers, etc.
