I didn't see where it states that the RSU's couldn't be used to attract new employees (like say a CFO or something). Also I wonder if Linda would need additional shares herself in order to keep a majority interest due to the increase in outstanding shares.

Yeah, that upset quite a few folks. Now they have more of an interest to see those shares rise.

I'll be quite content with us being at $8-12 next year waiting for news. And, I'm pretty sure I'll play it smart and take some risk off the table when momentum is on the upswing (unless revenue begins to warrant those prices). Can't say for sure when I'll do so, as right now I'm still in my accumulating shares stage. But I suspect I'll do the same as I did with AAPL, I'll sell out my higher cost shares and keep my lower ones.
