#382 RE: Johnny Valhalla #380

I remember well!

I remember one time my associate and I decided we were going to try and figure which months were the best in the C fund - stay in those and get out of the others. Well we were coming to December and history said it wasn't too good, so we decided to bail out. That month had the greatest gain of any month EVER in the C fund or any other fund and still holds the record I beleive - 14%. That pretty much cured us of trying to figure the markets.

The only thing I can tell you is that the people I pay tell me that the current upswing is continuing - and has been for sometime. The market is way too complicated for me and I don't even want to try and figure it out. I want to play golf! Until they tell me otherwise, I'll be in the I, the C or the S. I have missed out on way too much of the I so I'm trying to grab a little now.

The I had a .5% gain and the S a - .1% loss or thereabouts.

Take care.

Dave
