Well the most recent years production is also listed... Not just till then end of the S7. Its all in black and white on NADA's page and also on Saleen's wiki page.

Again, they are comparing the EV automotive sector that Audi and BMW are in, not specifically company to company.

A supposed "tuner" would not do crash testing like in the above picture. They are an OEM Manufacture.
