This is a straight up lie saying "dumped" and shows the lack of knowledge and intention of misleading people on this board:
That's not a dump, that's not anyone dumping shares on the bid. .if it was (then how come the bid didn't change) Yes, those shares may dilution but those shares were purchased.
A lot of the times when you see trades like that it's a collecting of trades throughout the day that finally settle as one trade at one average price.
I like seeing these if it's dilution/3rd party notes or whatever it is, bc it's cleaning and clearing out shares.
Sometimes what these are is someone calling their broker and saying ..
I want to buy $20 g's worth of shares, get me the best price. So the broker calls other brokers throughout the day and arranges a buy via one MM or maybe multiple.. The point is, that's not any shareholder DUMPING , in fact it means a lot of buying/accumulating.
