Until they come out with a news release we can think anything we want, the share count now is meaningless, imo,they will come out eventually stating their plan, authorized shares 500mil, they have to increase shares but how, forward split I don`t so unless the price increases somewhat, they pick a stock off the pinks (PWTC), if this plan is legitimate there are other means of doing this other than the pinks but needless to say this could be a bargain of a lifetime or not, will James run with the ball or drop it, I`ve been in this since day one a long while ago like some others on this board, kinda pisses me off what companies can get away with on the stockmarket, anyway for what`s it`s worth I`m still in, not being a basher still have a positive tilt on this,glta.
