Oh you better be careful about commenting negatively about Facebook with this company, that is where the majority of the ones on this board get their positive comments from posts on Facebook...

Well said and thank you for being pro active in trying to help the company and those of us invested... definitely dismaying that they haven't at least corresponded with you on this. Not a good sign in my opinion.

I was also not thrilled about their operational costs particularly with the fact that they are not generating real sales, they need to trim the fat big time and tap into the big contracts you have mentioned.

It would be highly unusual for a company to respond an unsolicited email giving them advice.

Most companies have sales meetings where they discuss & formulate their objectives. Secrecy is always a factor in all business affairs to some extent. Additionally most if not all CEO's are usually loath at best to talk to a lay person about internal sales plans. It just doesn't happen unless by design at a call in show or other preplanned forum.

The point here is that it is not telling that you received no response it is normal. If the CEO or some other executive addressed every person who wrote or wanted to personally interact with them they would wasting their time answering a lot of foolish questions.

Not that yours are but to read & parse each one ... well that is just not going to happen often. Heck maybe if you had a unique idea or wrote exceptionally well they would call you in to sell or advise you never know but it is far beyond rare. May I ask, are you REALLY surprised that they did not? That is a bit naive even if your ideas are great.
