Once in awhile....

Everything is someone else's fault. AAPL’s. But don’t take my word for it, the judge agrees. Sorry.

3xx boules furnaces are working fine and producing proper sapphire. largest were developing in stage and developed only for apple not for other customers because they had 3xx boules one working fine for others. apple is complaining that 5xx boules furnaces had problems because those were built but never tested because apple pushed to expand production. plus if apple vendor did not do proper finishing in china then sapphire will be defective by the time apple receive. blame also goes to finishing company because they did not do proper work.

What Apple is saying through its letter to creditors is inconsistent with its action. If indeed the 262 kg furnaces were to blame for the low yield, how does it expect to sell them to recover the loan, why did it settle to be paid only from those sales, and why does it want to take them all if they are not sold?

The letter even put photos of "boule graveyard" - to maximize emotional responses, to shut up the creditors.

What is more, GTAT did not comment on or respond at all to this letter. Because what it says is true? No, because they are in the same team! Apple is licensed to concoct stories from now on. GTAT even beheaded its own COO and delivered it on a platter to Apple. That's exactly what a surrendering army used to do in ancient times.

In this bankruptcy game, always ask: "who is doing what to whom for why."
