How does enterprise value in come into play with a company that has a balance sheet like Cliffs.

EV doesn't even come into play at this time because it can't handle the debt. 2015/2016 will be the critical point for Cliffs and if they can leave this time period intact they might have a chance.

Could you tell me one company that bought someone based on the Enterpris Value?
