We get why you believe in SC.
What you need to understand is
that Kaye's salary IMHO is NOT
in line with his performance.

IF this idea was in the hands of a
young, single,frugal guy with little to
no overhead, it might of made it.

Looking at the companies fin's it is apparent
the shareholders have funded this idea and others
over and over again in vain as none of the biz plan's
have ever turned profitable or even generated significant cash flows.

Wish Kaye would find a VC but that would likely require relinquishing control and most of his salary.
