Biobillionair, you are wrong.

I checked my old emails and I have one from Amarin management dated 22nd September stating:

"The review division head, Eric Colman, passed away two weeks ago. But, many others were involved in the sNDA review. At this time, we don’t know whether it will be days, weeks or months before they take action on the sNDA. We are not aware of anything that they need from Amarin which is precluding them from taking action."

Biobillionair.......

Let me get this straight. You are referencing an FDA webpage to be factual, accurate, and up-to-date? Out of anyone here on this board, you should be the first to know that. Check out the date on the bottom when the page was updated......4/3/14!! In the words of ESPN's Chris Berman.....C'MON MAN!! :-)

Ironically, his obituary was in my local newspaper...I read the paper daily and somehow missed this (it really is a small world). A little OT here but his great, great grandfather is considered a "legend" in my area. My daughters even go to a school named after him. For any history buffs out there, check out his story, it's pretty interesting.

In 1899, Johnson became co-owner of the business, which was renamed the Endicott-Johnson Co. Under his presidency, the company grew to eight factories in Broome County, New York, employing about 10,000. Endicott-Johnson was the first company in the shoe industry to introduce the 8-hour workday, 40-hour workweek, and comprehensive medical care. Despite paying some of the highest wages in the industry, Endicott-Johnson was consistently profitable.
