I'm not sure that construction permits will be required as the Midland Biomass Energy Station project involves 4 Deployable Gasification Unit's (DGU's)

I interpret that to mean that they are mobile which may not require construction permits...

In any event...you bring up a lot of good points and questions to ponder.

cap994, Good post to keep on the front burners and remain informed. At this time we are still waiting for the full plan and expecting that management knowing the business like they do will get this company in high gear and surpass what most of us anticipate will happen. Each investor has their idea of what could happen and I'm sure all are different and unique ideas as to the future. But, in the last informed information put out by the company, most of us are still waiting for some further results. I believe it all will come as the pins are finally lined up and we hit a strike. I expect we move along as company is now proceeding and finally arrives at one of our destinations. I have no idea where we will stop, but we started with NOR, and then Midland, in the very large state of Texas and we will see where it takes the company for the immediately future. I am counting on management to get to their goal of receiving full share amount as contracted. The management has more to gain or lose and I expect they want to gain. Keep cool and keep alert to all that happened, will happen and future potential business deals. I look at this management and expect the Best from the Best in their field of endeavor OMO
