How bout working on getting rid of Berger? That would be a great place to start.

According to Forbes, in 2013, the year of one if the worst debacles in recent Biotech history, Berger's total comp package was almost 6 million.

Activist is not for me. If I hit a breaking point enough so to want to do that, I would just sell instead.

A fund went activist on Cardica, why go through the aggravation for this?
