Mexican Mining Authority says the SRGE Fraud does not now and never did own Cinco.

Its simple really. 17 August 2011 was the date that BGL was told point blank that there was no way the concession titles would be transferred into their company name.

31 August 2011 was the date that FOUR judges RULED AGAINST BGL.

What more is there to say.
